If you would like a custom search engine by Google on your website, you can simply create one here and just use the code they generate and place it on your site. However, if you want a more integrated look, I found a different solution.
The following code is the search box, so you need to place it wherever you want people to be using the search box:

Now create page search.php and place this code on it (dont forget to add your CSE ID below):
